Room Reservation Form

*Please note that when requesting a room for your event, no fee can be charged or merchandise sold UNLESS the proceeds go to a Christian charity or a partner organization.

*No room reservations will be taken on Saturdays for more than TWO rooms for outside events. Also, all areas must be vacated by 3pm to allow Redemption City Church (RCC) to prepare the space(s) for Sunday.

*We do not allow receptions, parties, showers, etc.

*All room reservations are subject to approval by our Pastors.

*Do not send out any invitations or any sort of social media until you receive a confirmation of your request from Jen Yun. You are not guaranteed a spot until you have that in your possession.

**If you are a non-staff person and your event is taking place after business hours, a loaner key will only be given for the duration of your event. Otherwise, the rooms will be unlocked by someone on our staff. The key will need to be picked up one day or the same day as your event. ALL keys will need to be approved and will need to be returned the next business day after your event.**

If you respond "Yes" to this field, please take a few moments to complete RCC's Promotion Request Form, and someone will reach out about potential advertising options. 

Please note: For Promotion Requests, we kindly ask that these be submitted at least six weeks in advance, if possible.

If you will be creating/providing slides, please send the files (1920 x 1080 pixels) at least two weeks before the event so we have time to make any changes. Should you need slides made for you (to display scripture, quotes, song lyrics, etc.), the same timeframe applies.

**IF YOU NEED SOUND OR VISUAL SERVICES, A FEE OF $25 PER HOUR (FOR A MINIMUM OF TWO HOURS) WILL BE REQUIRED. Please do not use duct tape on the floor to hold cables down; please use painter's tape. Thanks!**

For Weddings Only:

If you are requesting a room for a wedding (CEREMONIES ONLY, NO RECEPTIONS PROVIDED), please make sure to fill out a Pre-Marital application online at www.rccbaltimore.org and also a Wedding Application from Jen Yun at jyun@rccbaltimore.org. A fee of $350 will be charged for the use of the space and also includes the sound fees for both the rehearsal and the wedding day. Please note that when requesting a room for a wedding, a rehearsal date will need to be booked, as well, usually a day or two before the wedding. Please tell us which date and time you will need to request the room.
